As reported by the Daily Mail (12/6), researchers have discovered a fact in which the majority of ancient dinosaur blood have 'warm'.
'Warm' Circulatory system allows dinosaurs to grow larger without having to consume large amounts of food in a short time.
The study included 21 samples from various types of dinosaurs, such as predatory dinosaurs, long neck, until the bird dinosaurs. Not to forget other animals such as mammals, birds, fish, lizards, snakes, and crocodiles are also included for comparison.
Researchers then evaluated the metabolic processes of each species using a formula consisting of body weight, bone density, growing up to speed by the discovery of available fossils.
From the results of the researched data can be inferred if the dinosaurs are basically not included in the group of warm-blooded animals like humans and mammals, or cold-blooded animals like lizards and fish. Dinosaurs are considered to be in between the two, in other words, these giants have warm blood.
This theory is in line with the assumption of biologists from the University of New Mexico, John Grady, who said that if the dinosaurs did not have to warm-blooded or cold, but can be 'in the middle'. This also explains the existence of other species: giant white shark, turtle shell back, and tuna are known not warm-blooded or cold-blooded animals.

For many years, scooter segment riders were looked down upon by regular motorcyclists, and it was only when Suzuki kicked off the maxiscooter craze with a lively 400cc engine just over a decade ago that the scooter form factor got some respect.
The feet-forward riding position of the scooter offers a combination of the relaxed “chopper” riding position, but with protection from the weather and somewhat greater protection in an accident.
With plenty of storage space, full instrumentation, plus the excellent suspension and running gear of the maxi-scooter, and the form factor becomes a desirable and practical alternative to the motorcycle, particularly for extended commuting purposes.
It was however, the performance of subsequent maxi-scooters which earned them respect at the stoplight GP and a legitimate place in motorcycling.. Yamaha followed Suzuki’s 1999 Burgman 400 with a 40 horsepower 500cc T-Max in 2000, then Honda trumped that with the 50 bhp Silver Wing 600 twin, then in 2002, Suzuki raised the bar further with the Burgman 650.
The Burgman 650’s CVT transmission gets it off the line very quickly and one of the many memorable moments motorcycling has given me was blowing away an “outlaw” on his much larger bad-ass Harley sportster at the stoplight. He was so embarrassed that he rode straight through the next lights (they were red) rather than face the scooter a second time.
In more recent times, the scooter form factor has gained even more power in the form of the Gilera GP 800, an 850cc 75bhp 90 degree V-twin motor with a top speed of more than 120mph.
BMW Motorrad appears set to go straight to the top of the performance scale in the maxi-scooter area, notifying its intention of “combining in these scooters the outstanding handling of the motorcycle with the particular agility and conceptual comfort of the scooter for the maximum experience of dynamic riding.”

In response to a question about how material mobile searches are to Google, CFO Patrick Pichette replied:
Again, we don't give the detail numbers. On a quarter over quarter basis, mobile searches grew 30% on Google. It tells you something about the mobile space, the smartphones, and how they are transformative. They are basically transforming how people live on a mobile basis. Finally, indisputable proof of UFOs.
A large white cloud in the shape of a circle — or as it’s being called a “halo cloud” — was spotted over the Russian capital last week. Someone decided to take a video of the halo cloud, uploaded it to YouTube and — voila’ — instant phenomenon.
Just because of a circular cloud? Of course. All the elements are there.
Grainy and shaky video footage. An “unexplained” hovering circular formation cast against a dreary, gray sky. The female voice of a concerned-sounding Russian newscaster emanating from the car radio.
And on top of all these requisites, there’s the obligatory weatherman saying that it’s not a UFO, rather it’s just a cloud. Sure….
Anyway, it all follows a well-trod path. Video uploaded to YouTube. It gets watched hundreds of thousands of times (soon to be millions). And screaming headlines further the sensation.
Our favorite headline so far comes from the popular tech website, Gizmodo. “Ominous cloud formation has Russians fearing an alien attack,” they write.
Of course, when you read the story, they don’t mention anything about fearful Russians at all. Instead they acknowledge — right away — that it’s a cloud. But, you can’t resist the headline.

Just as it was the case with Windows Vista, when the feature was first introduced, ReadyBoost in Windows 7 enables end users to turn to any flash memory device from a USB flash drive to an SD card, in order to get extra memory cache for their machines. Specifically in scenarios where computers are dealing with limited amounts of RAM, ReadyBoost can palpably increase the PC's performance.
“Windows 7 has improved the capabilities of ReadyBoost over Windows Vista, including: Maximum cache size has been increased from 4GB to 32GB. Note that to utilize a memory cache of greater than 4GB, the flash drive needs to be formatted with either a exFAT or NTFS file system. Support for up to 8 ReadyBoost devices simultaneously on the PC. Windows Vista only supported a single ReadyBoost device per PC. Windows 7, just as its precursors, will turn to the hard drive to store data, once it can no longer stash it into the physical memory. If the RAM is saturated, storing and accessing data from a USB device is much faster than when the system turns to traditional HDDs, therefore the performance boost. This is, however, not valid for newer computers with Solid State Drives, as there is no difference between the SDD and the USB device in terms of accessibility speed.
“The best option, if possible, is to upgrade the physical RAM to increase system performance. However, when this isn't an option or if you have some extra space on a flash drive that you are not using, ReadyBoost is there as an alternative. A prime example of where ReadyBoost shines are Windows 7 netbooks that only have 1GB of RAM installed. On Monday, the Ministry of Culture issued a notice banning online games that feature Mafioso kingpins, marauding street gangs or any sort of hooliganism predisposed to organization.
The decree, which promises “severe punishment” for violators but fails to specify the penalties, also prohibits Web sites from including links to Internet games that glorify organized crime.
Such games, the ministry said, “embody antisocial behavior like killing, beating, looting and raping,” and their availability “gravely threatens and distorts the social order and moral standards, easily putting young people under harmful influence.”
By Tuesday, a number of popular games, including “Godfather,” “Gangster” and “Mafioso Hitman,” had been excised from the ether, although scores of other violence-laden games were still available.
The ruling is not entirely surprising, given the government’s war against Internet pornography and other sites that can be construed as “socially disruptive.”
This year more than a thousand Web sites have been shut down for “vulgar” content, although some critics complain that academic or public service sites that deal with sexually transmitted diseases have also been swept up in the juggernaut.

ESPN reporter Erin Andrews was secretly videotaped in the nude while she was alone in a hotel room and the video was posted on the Internet, her attorney said.
The blurry, five-minute video shows Andrews standing in front of a hotel room mirror. It's unknown when or where it was shot.
Andrews' attorney, Marshall Grossman, confirmed Tuesday that the video posted on the Internet shows the 31-year-old reporter. He said she decided to confirm it "to put an end to rumor and speculation and to put the perpetrator and those who are complicit on notice that they act at their peril."
Andrews plans to seek criminal charges and file civil lawsuits against the person who shot the video and anyone who publishes the material, Grossman said.
"While alone in the privacy of her hotel room, Erin Andrews was surreptitiously videotaped without her knowledge or consent," Grossman said in an earlier statement. "She was the victim of a crime and is taking action to protect herself and help ensure that others are not similarly violated in the future."
Andrews has covered hockey, college football, college basketball and Major League Baseball for the network since 2004, often as a sideline reporter during games.
A former dance team member at the University of Florida, Andrews was something of an Internet sensation even before the video's circulation. She has been referred to as "Erin Pageviews" because of the traffic that video clips and photos of her generate, and Playboy magazine named her "sexiest sportscaster" in both 2008 and 2009.
She last appeared on the network as part of its ESPY Awards broadcast on Sunday, and is scheduled to be off until September, when she will be covering college football, ESPN spokesman Josh Krulewitz said.
"Erin has been grievously wronged here," Krulewitz said. "Our people and resources are in full support of her as she deals with this abhorrent act."
It was not clear when the video first appeared on the Internet. Most of the links to it had been removed by Tuesday.
Several TV networks and newspapers aired brief clips or printed screen grabs of it Tuesday. Grossman responded to an e-mail question about whether he plans to go after those outlets by reiterating his statement that Andrews plans to seek civil charges against "anyone who has published the material."
He would not say what law enforcement agencies might be investigating.
ESPN is based in Bristol, but Connecticut State Police were not involved in an investigation into the video, said Lt. J. Paul Vance, a department spokesman. Vance said investigations into Internet crimes often begin in the victim's home state or wherever the video was shot, if that can be determined.

After eons of speculation stating that Google is secretly working on an OS, they finally are, except it’s not so secret anymore.
Google has just announced the Google Chrome OS, which is targeted towards netbooks and, as the name may hint to you, mainly intends on providing you with a more web-integrated OS solution with easy access to Google’s vast and widely used online suite of services.
Google Chrome OS will be a lightweight and open source operating system that is going to be powered by the Linux kernel. It will run on both x86 and ARM chips. As more and more people are turning away from software and looking to the web to do more and more of their daily tasks, especially now with cloud computing and the ability to store your data on the cloud and access it anywhere, such as OS that is integrated with said tasks may come in handy for netbook users who need to do just this and don’t need the wide array of features provided by “competitors” such as Windows and OS X.
As stated on the Google blog, this will be a simple, lightweight browser specifically made to browse the web that is tied into the cloud so that your documents are synced and accessible anywhere somehow. Not much was said about the exact features that will be implemented in Chrome OS, but I’m interested in seeing what said features will be and how this will stack up to some of its real direct competitors such as Gazelle, Microsoft’s own attempt at the browser + OS fusion.
